Accepting these terms
By creating a workspace, signing in, or letting your team use Treema, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a hotel, a management company or a group, you confirm you have the authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Treema is
Treema is a hosted operations platform for hotels and hotel groups. It covers guest conversations and guest profiles, tasks and projects, shifts and the cleaning board, internal chats, department knowledge bases, properties, storefronts and orders, and the flows that tie them together — with agents working over that same data: GEX on guest experience, LORA on internal operations, SAM on assets and finance.
We add to the product and we change it. We will not withdraw something your team depends on without telling you first.
Your workspace and your team
Signup is not self-serve today; we set each property up with you. You decide who joins your workspace and what they can reach. You are responsible for what your members do with that access, for keeping sign-in credentials private, and for removing people who leave. Write to hello@treema.app if you think an account has been compromised.
Anyone using an account must be old enough to enter a binding contract where they live.
Your data
Your operational data stays yours — guest messages, profiles, tasks, procedures, shift records, and everything else your team puts into the workspace. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you: to store that data, process it, index it so it can be retrieved with a citation, pass it to the agents you have switched on, and show it back to your team.
That licence is limited to operating Treema on your behalf, and it ends when the data is deleted.
Where your workspace holds personal data about your guests, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for the notice you give your guests. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we handle it.
Acceptable use
Treema runs a hotel's working day, and that is what it is for. You may not use it to store or send unlawful content, to reach another customer's workspace, to probe, copy or reverse-engineer the service, to resell access, or to load the system in a way meant to degrade it for anyone else. Messages your team sends guests through Treema are yours: they have to comply with the messaging and marketing rules that apply to you.
We may limit, suspend or close a workspace that materially breaks this clause. We will tell you what happened and why.
Fees and billing
Plans and prices are set out on our pricing page and form part of these terms. Fees are billed in advance for the period you choose, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until you cancel. Group plans are billed at the chain level plus a fee for each property. Taxes are added where they apply.
Card payments are handled by our payment processor; card details do not reach our systems. If a payment fails we will ask you to put it right before access is affected. You can cancel before a renewal and keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund periods already used unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise.
Prices can change. Existing customers are told before a change reaches their renewal.
Availability and support
We work to keep Treema available and schedule maintenance in quiet windows where we can. These terms do not commit us to an availability figure; if your procurement needs one, ask and we will discuss a written service level agreement. Some interruptions sit outside our control — an upstream provider, a network incident, a security response.
Support runs by email at hello@treema.app.
Third-party systems
Treema works alongside systems a property already runs, including its PMS. Those systems are governed by your agreements with their providers, not by this one. We are not responsible for how they behave, what they charge, or the data they return. Naming a third-party system is a statement of interoperability and nothing more — it implies no partnership or endorsement in either direction.
Intellectual property
The Treema name, the software, the interface, the documentation, and the flow and procedure templates we ship are ours or our licensors'. Nothing in these terms transfers them to you. You may not copy the service, redistribute it, or use it to build a competing product. If you send us feedback we may act on it freely and owe you nothing in return.
Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to make this agreement work.
Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, for a security incident, or for a material breach of the acceptable use clause, with notice where the situation allows it. When an account ends, your data is deleted or de-identified as described in the Privacy Policy.
There is no self-serve export in the product. If you need a copy of anything, write to hello@treema.app while the account is still open and we will agree with you what can be provided.
Disclaimers
Treema is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The agents classify, draft and suggest, and they can be wrong. Treema does not replace your own judgement, your own compliance obligations, or a person checking the work that matters.
Limitation of liability
Neither side is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost revenue or lost data, however it arises. Our total liability for all claims under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms as the service changes. The current version and its effective date sit at the top of this page, and where a change is material we tell workspace owners by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Treema after that date means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them. Before either side starts proceedings, both agree to try to settle the matter in writing through the contact below.
